Yesterday as we were finishing up the exhausting move into our new home, your delivery person arrived and called our names in the middle of the hubbub. She cheerfully and efficiently handed over the arrangement, whisking out the front door with our showing an empty palm or even attempting to hover for a gratuity.
The arrangement itself was one of the most beautiful and creative design of live flowers and embellishments I have ever seen. I immediately called the sender to thank them and let them what an outstanding house warming gift they had sent.
I had never heard of your shop prior to this, but I will certainly be keeping your card and have been dropping your name to colleagues all morning. In a world of mediocre service and sales prevention, thanks for exceeding expectations and bringing such beauty into our new home.

Many thanks for the arrangement for my Mom. She left the hospital yesterday and was still singing the praises of it. (She was especially captured by the butterfly on top!)
The good news is that there wasn't a hint of cancer. She's about a 25 year survivor, but it has taken its toll. This time it was more of a secondary issue due to past aggressive cancer treatments. And advancing age (a young 82).
When we first started "doing" flowers for her, I had no idea how much she would take to them. It's also funny that the first time she guessed that they were sent by a cousin of mine (we always sign of "us".). She's been carrying on about how your folks seem to outdo yourselves each time!
So, once again, thanks. It was really helpful to be able to call and know that all would be taken care of.

I was very pleased with the services I received. I called in at 4pm and requested a same day delivery and the flowers arrived within the next hour. This was a relief after having to deal with 1-800-flow***. Their was a problem with a wrong address and they would not deliver the flowers until the next day. I will definately be using Sunrise Florist in the near future.

It was great to visit last week along with my dad. As I said then, with two of your arrangements at my folks' house in honor of my Mom's 80th, y'all do great work.
I initially found you via a (much?) older website 5 or 10 years ago. I didn't know then that my Mom REALLY likes flowers - with unknown exotics in exquisite arrangements a particular favorite. The first order was just a larck. My Mom's response is what has kept me coming back for all occassions. It was especially fine to see that my Dad had picked up his centerpiece for the party from you!
I'm sure that I'll not be the one keeping you in business (even if you now have my Dad hooked). It was nice to meet the faces behind the names. And I love Neelo's arrangements. And a really friendly website!

As one is always hesitant ordering flowers without first seeing them, I too was in this position. However, living in Indiana and needing to send flowers for a funeral in Florida left me no choice.
