We deliver flowers, plants, flower arrangements, and specialty gifts, including Shiva baskets, to all of Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Miami, Florida. While it is not possible to guarantee the specific time that your flowers, plants or gift baskets will be delivered anywhere in South Florida, we go out of our way to get there as early as possible. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Below are some delivery guidelines, but please feel free to call us if your order has less lead-time. We can often facilitate delivery outside of this schedule. In most of the areas we deliver to, orders placed as late as 3:00 p.m. (sometimes even later) in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and during holidays). Saturday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. Feel free to call us if your order requires special attention or custom work. · Funeral arrangements sometimes require additional lead-time for designing. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day we ask that you place the order as soon as possible as sometimes it is physically impossible to get there in time. · If any customer claims an order was not delivered we ask that we are given at least 24 to 48 hours to investigate what occurred. In many cases delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not home or neighbors were not available to accept the order. Oftentimes a gated community guard will refuse our drivers access if the recipient is not at home. We reserve the right to attempt a redelivery if this occurred. If we created an arrangement and attempted a delivery then we should be given the opportunity to complete the delivery. · If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement then the recipient should contact our shop. To request a possible replacement we must be contacted within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery. Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. We will then determine if we need a physical check of the arrangement to determine that it does warrant a replacement or that the recipient or purchasing customer bring the flowers to us for examination. · Proper care is required by the recipient. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by us. No refund or replacement will be made for any order if the recipient or sender fails to notify us in a reasonable time period. A review of all the information provided will be done to determine whether it is reasonable for us to provide a replacement. Situations such as flowers blooming too early may be deemed reasonable. A lack of care by the recipient is not reasonable. Please bear in mind some high end flowers only last a day or two. We do our absolute best to provide the highest quality and the freshest flowers on the market daily. Our flowers go straight from the cooler to the design table. · Should any customer place an order and then need to cancel the order, the cancellation must be made prior to the design of the arrangement and/or delivery of the order. If the cancellation is received after the order is delivered then no refund can be issued. Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of a bad work or home address. If the customer can obtain new information the order can then be properly delivered using the correct information. If flowers are refused by the recipient for any reason we will not provide a refund.
